Proposed amalgamation between Resolution Health Medical Scheme and NIMAS
Information pertaining to the proposed amalgamation is contained in a detailed exposition document that will lie open for inspection starting 1 June and ending 21 June 2012 at the following offices:- The Registrar for Medical Schemes
- Resolution Health, Boskruin Office park, President Fouche Avenue, Randburg, Johannesburg
- Metropolitan Health, 1 Canegate Road, La Lucia Ridge, Umhlanga
Thereafter written comments and/or objections may be lodged between 22 June 2012 and 12 July 2012 to the Registrar for Medical Schemes’ office.
